课堂教学是学校管理的主阵地，要想提高教学效率，应该在教师讲课方面下工夫，好课是一遍一遍的打磨出来的，没有历练不可能有好课。上学期语文教学听课就比较正规了，老师们能精心准备，认真听课，积极研讨，效果要比不听课好的多。其他学科听课研讨还有待于进一步规范。可以和附近学校联系，经常组织听课研讨活动，这样一来，教师的备课能力、上课水平、面对突发事件的应变能力都会有所上升。对于提高教师的知名度也有所帮助，也能把自己学校的老师推出去，何乐而不为？
