1:Your company received a complaint letter cover a late delivery of leather jackets from your Australian buyer. The goods in question should have arrived ten days ago, so your buyer was very unhappy about the delay and it has caused economic losses on his part. Please write a reply promtly in which you should include an apology, an explaination about the matter and a suggestion of solution.
2:Compose a letter:
(1)Express your hope of establishing business relation;
(2)Obtained the relevant information from the Chamber of Commerce;
(3)You specialize in exporting Thai rice;
(4)A copy of your catalogue is enclosed

We have received your letter indicating the late delivery of leather jackets and we feel really sorry for all the trouble brought to you.
As soon as I got your email, I called promptly the Chamber of Commerce and knew that something unexpected went wrong. And I would like on behalf of our company to deliver my apology again.
As you know, we are one of the largest companies in exporting Thai rice, and we always take the 'High quality, High efficiency and most considerable service' as our mission statement. Therefore we decided to give you a discount on this order and the next two continuous orders to show our sincerity in cooperating with you.
Enclosed in our catalogue. If you find any interested to you, please feel free to contact me.

As soon as I got your email, I promptly asked my assisstant to find out what happened and figured out that something unexpected went wrong. And I would like on behalf of our company to deliver my apology again.
As you know, we are one of the largest Imp& Exp companies in this area, and we always take the 'High quality, High efficiency and most considerable service' as our mission statement. Therefore in order to show our sincerity in cooperating with you, we decided to give you a discount of 8% on this order and the next two continuous orders.
We do hope things like this is not gonna happen, and I'm sure with the faith we have in each other we can together build a brighter future.
