or such other sums as may be determined in accordance with the Conditions of Contract of the Contract. The above amounts are in accordance with the price schedules attached in Chapter VII of the RFQ Documents herewith and are made part of this Bid.

We have perused and understood all the RFQ Documents, and agree to give up our rights to any misinterpretation, misconception and misunderstanding of the RFQ Documents.

We undertake, if our Bid is accepted, to commence the work, and to achieve Completion within the times stated in the RFQ Documents.

If our Bid is accepted, we undertake to provide a Performance Bond security in the form and amount, and within the time specified in the RFQ documents.

We agree to abide by this Bid for a period of one hundred and twenty (120) days and it shall remain binding upon us and may be accepted by you at any time prior to the expiration of that period.

Until a formal Contract is prepared and executed between us, this Bid, together with your written acceptance thereof and your notification of award, shall constitute a binding contract between us.

We understand that if we withdraw our Bid Documents within the validity period of the submission of the Bid Documents after the bid opening, our Bid Bond would be forfeited.
