2.1蛛网的结构与特点
蜘蛛网是由一点引出的多条射线和围绕该点铺设的多条螺旋线构成的网,如图1所示。这些线是有黏性的丝组成,是蜘蛛用来捕食昆虫的工具,一旦昆虫粘在网上,蜘蛛利用蛛网良好的结构特性,可以快速的在原有的射线和螺旋线上假设新的丝线,从而可以紧紧将猎物束缚,蜘蛛网的这种特性也被美国西南航空公司在其航空网络加以利用。

A spider web has several spokes that lead outward from a common origin, these spokes are then connected by spirals of spider silk, as shown in Fig. 1. These sticking silk is the tool that a spider uses to prey insects. Due to the good structure of spider web, once insects get sticked on it, a spider can quickly lay new spirals of spider silk on the former spokes and rebuild the web, thus bind the prey tightly. This kind of characteristic is also used in the airline network of Southwest Airlines.
