More than twenty years ago, the passionate time in the development of Chinese culture and art had been defined as ’85 New Wave. During that period, many artists, writers and movie makers advanced towards the World Stage, and showed all kinds of works with chinese symbols to the world. As one of them, I had finished my own art creation system with more than one thousand arts, including paintings, woodcarvings, ceramics and so on. Such avant-garde arts was so unique, and even full of vitality today. Where the creative enthusiasm came from? It should begin with my ’85 years.

Twenty years ago, during the hot time of Chinese art development period, defined by people as China’s“85s new trend movement”. Many talented artists, writers and film makers walked towards a higher level stage to the international world. Acknowledged by world, at the same time, they revealed works with Chinese elements to the public eyes. Being an artist from the same era, I built up an art creation system of my own to complete thousand pieces works of painting, wood carving and pottery, etc. What was the force that led me to create this fashionable, independent and special piece that full of life even in today’s point of view?
