14.17 Contractor shall ensure that all Contractor Personnel are medically examined at their point of origin before departure and that a copy of the certificate of health is given to Company on arrival at the Worksite.
14.18 Contractor shall ensure that all periods of sickness of Contractor Personnel are covered by a medical certificate. Company reserves the right to order an examination by its own medical staff in order to verify such sickness. Any examination so ordered shall be for the account of Company and in the event of any dispute, the results of the examination shall be final.
14.19 Contractor Personnel who in Company's sole opinion are no longer fit due to frequent and prolonged sickness shall be replaced by Contractor at no cost to Company.
14.20 Except for payments required pursuant to this Agreement, Company accepts no liability whatsoever for unsettled debts incurred by Contractor or its Personnel howsoever arising. In the event Contractor or its Personnel become a debtor to Company for any reason directly or indirectly related to this Agreement or the Services, Company has the right, without prejudice to all its other rights under this Agreement or at law or in equity, to recover such unpaid debts from any payments due to Contractor or from the Bank Guarantee or, where applicable, the Performance Guarantee.
