I bought a TV set made in Japan from your store with the recommendation of your sales staff a month ago. However, I’m afraid I have to complain to you about its quality now. Above all, the TV screen is far from being clear, and the sound system doesn’t work properly, either. Instead of giving us pleasure, the TV set brings us lots of trouble and inconvenience. As an old customer of yours, I do appreciate your commitment of “Customer First, Service Best”. Now I would like to change my TV set for another, otherwise I would have to claim for refund with my receipt. Your prompt reply will be much appreciated.

一ヶ月前に、贵店の贩売员の勧めで日本制のカラーテレビを买いました。しかし、いまはとても品质の悪い制品だったと言わざるを得ません。ます、画像が相当荒いこと、そして、时々音声がありません。ですから、このテレビは、楽しみをもたらしてくれるどころか、大変迷惑と不便をもたらされています。私は贵店の常连だから贵店の「顾客第一、サービス至上」のPRがとても気に入っています。个人的な気持ちとしてはテレビの交换をお愿いしたいと思っています。でなければ返金をお愿いすることになります。领収证も取ってありますから満足できる返事を待っています
