方法 采用双能X线骨密度测定仪测定19例铁过度的中老年和41例年龄、性别匹配的正常对照者两组的骨密度;荧光分光光度法测血硒、等离子体火焰光谱法(ICP)测血锌;高效液相色谱法测血维生素A、D和E;同时用全自动生化仪测血脂、血浆同型半胱氨酸的水平。
结果 19例铁过度患者血浆维生素E水平较正常对照组降低,甘油三酯和同型半胱氨酸水平升高,具有统计学意义(p<0.05,p<0.01);血清硒水平与正常对照组有显著性差异(p>0.05),腰椎骨密度减低发生率较对照组升高,股骨颈和股骨Ward区骨密度亦明显减低,差异显著(p<0.05)。
