而以下我将要以我个人案例来阐述，对于我来说，我以后是要从事教育事业的。这份职业是非同小可的。首先，我必须要打好我的专业知识的基础，要掌握好各种教学技能，只有好的知识技能教学技能，才能有被人认可的机会。然后，比较重要的是我的良好心态，当然我现在也尽量让自己能有积极乐观，不怕挫折的态度。最后，也是最重要的是眼光要放长远，不能只看到眼前的利益，因为现在的立业也是为了以后成家打基础。所以，刚刚到岗位时应当自觉的从基层做起，不要好高骛远。而在这些都具备的条件下，我还应当要发挥我自己别的更突出的长处与优势，这样才能鹤立鸡群，才能有更好的事业的发展可能。
我相信，只要我有这份心。我的事业一定不会落后。而我事业发展的高度将会为我的成家奠定雄厚的基础。谢谢。
