4 乙方的责任和义务

乙方应在规定的期限内，完成既定的全部检修作业，达到质量，目标和标准 保证机组安全，稳定运行

乙方检修人员应熟悉系统和设备构造 性能原理 熟悉设备的检修工艺程序 调试方法和质量标准 熟悉安全规程 负责检修工作人员及检修设备的安全

乙方应严格按照工艺要求 质量标准 技术措施进行检修

乙方须按照双方商定的检修项目进行，保证检修质量符合有关标准

乙方须服从甲方的现场调度及甲方的规章制度

乙方须自带必要的检修工具 以及检修所需的消耗性材料

乙方负责制作工程项目验收单 在每项检修工作完成后需由甲方进行验收并签署验收单 此验收单作为结算凭证

Party A agrees to job the repairing project to Party B. This contract is hereby made on the basis of equality and mutual benefit through amicable to confirm the obligation and responsibility of the two parties.

1 检修主要项目
此次检修是按照国家小修标准进行 主要检修项目详见附件
1. Contents
This repairing project is processed under the National Standard in Miniature. The detailed items for repairing is on the attachment which shall sever as an integral part of this contract.

2 检修时间

签订本协议书后乙方于2006年12月3日正式进场 于2007年2月5日前完成检修项目
2.Period
After this Contract signed by both parties. Party B must enter into the workshop and start the project on Dec, 3nd 2006 and complete the project before Dec, 5th 2006.

3 甲方责任和义务
3.Dos of Party A
一甲方需向乙方提供所需图纸 技术资料和原来安装的原始记录
a. Offer the blueprint, technical data and original fixing record to party B.
二需要更换的设备和主材由甲方购买 乙方负责更换
b.At expense of equipment needing changing and the main material.
三检修期间甲方负责《电力生产安全工作规程》所要求的安全措施 即填写操作票等
c.make sure the safety according to "Safety Terms of Handling on Electric Power Manufacture ", that is to fill in the handling record.
四 甲方提供电源 厂房桥机及专用工具给乙方使用
d. Offer the power supply, workshop, and facility to Party B.
4 乙方的责任和义务
4. DOs of Party B
乙方应在规定的期限内，完成既定的全部检修作业，达到质量，目标和标准 保证机组安全，稳定运行
a.Complete the whole project in the appointed time. And the quality can be satisfy Party A.
乙方检修人员应熟悉系统和设备构造 性能原理 熟悉设备的检修工艺程序 调试方法和质量标准 熟悉安全规程 负责检修工作人员及检修设备的安全
b. The wokers should be qualified and skilled to take part in the repairing.
乙方应严格按照工艺要求 质量标准 技术措施进行检修
c.should follow up the National standard requiment which shall regarded as evidence of acceptance.
乙方须按照双方商定的检修项目进行，保证检修质量符合有关标准
d. follow up the appointed items of repairing to ensure the quality.
乙方须服从甲方的现场调度及甲方的规章制度

After the signing of this agreement B in the December 3, 2006 formal approach to February 5, 2007 to complete repair projects
