2) 一二三句间存在顺承、因果关系，保证文章流畅
3) 写给员工的可用Dear colleagues;如果是写给一个人，可用Dear sir\lady\ Mr. \Ms. Smith等
4) 结尾可用Thank you便条\(kindest) regards邮件\yours sincerely邮件
