记得我的主管有一次因临时有事无法参加当天的领导会议，由于我的英文水平在部门里比较突出，所以我被选中代替主管参加，正是在这次会议中我深刻体会到了做一个部门领导所需要的技能与责任，我也意识到这一点我还需要很多提高。
