Honker Union of China, or H.U.C, was established in late 2000. It was set up by LION, the legend in hacker field, and has absorbed lots of super experts in hacker all over the country. The number of its members once reached 80 thousands, which made it the fifth large hacker organization in the world. The union counterattacks hackers from abroad who attack China, and the counterattack against the website of the US White House is the most famous ever. On Dec.31, 2004, when H.U.C had been set up for 4 years, it post a public letter on its website declaring its dismiss and closing the website at the meantime. But it was rebuilt in Apr, 2005, and reformed again in June, 2010. H.U.C declared its recombination on Sept. 22, 2011 and its new website would open on Nov.1,2011.
