英语中否定转移时，反义疑问句看从句，如果不否定看什么？与主句时态有关吗

否定转移，前提，主句必须存在否定意义，你说的那种，如果是肯定句，题目又让你否定转移，句中一定存在否定词。与主句时态无关!

当主句为第一人称，动词为think,believe ,be sure 等动词时，反义问句针对从句，否则，针对主句。
