1. 一般将来时表示将来某个时间要发生的动作或出现的状态，将来进行时表示将来某个时刻正在进行的动作。这句话是对将来可能出现的情况预见，所以用一般将来时好。

2. It is said that sth / sb ...句型经常可以转化为另一种形式，即：sth / sb is said to do...，to do 与said 同时进行；sth / sb is said to have done .... done 表示的动作早于said而且强调其影响。所以这一结构中根本没有没有ing形式。
