确定是and including而不是include吗？如果是include的话那它就是谓语了。对现在给出的这个冗长复杂，绝对不适合商业文件的句子，我的理解是：disclosure后面的一大堆是由第一个and连接的两个并列结构，全都是修饰“departure from the present disclosure”的，这个部分的句型是 such...as and as...

disclosure不知道如何翻译，有“透露的内容”，这里可能是条规，规定之类的，可以被违反的东西
