摘 要： 目的:了解我院门诊患者抗高血压药的使用情况。方法:采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量方法，对我院2009年12月门诊处方抗高血压药的使用情况进行统计分析。结果:患者年龄在61～75岁之间的发病率最高，占47.24%;处方出现频率列前5位的依次是钙通道阻滞剂(CCB)、β受体阻滞剂、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗剂(ARB)、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)和利尿剂;抗高血压药应用频度(DDDs)列前3位的分别是非洛地平缓释片、氨氯地平片和美托洛尔片;联合用药占全部处方的63.67%，以二联用药为主，其中采用长效二氢吡啶类CCB与β受体阻滞剂联用的处方最多。结论:我院应用抗高血压药情况基本符合我国和欧洲高血压防治指南的原则。

近年来，我国高血压患病率呈增长趋势，目前有2亿高血压患者。但高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率较低。控制血压是预防心血管病的主要措施。治疗目的是通过降压治疗使高血压患者的血压达标，以期最大限度地降低心血管发病和死亡的总危险［1］。随着医学技术的不断发展，新型抗高血压药物也不断应用于临床，目前临床上主要用钙离子通道拮抗药(CCB)、血管紧张素Ⅱ受体拮抗药(ARB)、血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)、β受体阻滞药、利尿剂及低剂量固定配方复方制剂，以前的α受体阻滞剂、中枢减压药、血管平滑肌扩张药、影响交感神经递质的药物等逐渐退出了抗高血压的一线用药。本文抽查2009年12月我院心血管病研究所门诊部处方，对临床抗高血压药物的使用情况进行统计分析，旨在为临床合理用药提供参考

Abstract: Objective: to understand the outpatients in our hospital of anti hypertensive drug usage. Methods: using the defined daily dose recommended by WHO method, to our hospital in 2009December outpatient prescriptions of antihypertensive drugs used for statistical analysis.
