本文在已有研究成果的基础上，进一步丰富和深化了边境口岸体系的理论，以中国东北对俄边境口岸——绥芬河口岸为例进行了分析，依据国际关系与国家政策对贸易的影响，提出了适合中国东北中俄边境地区区情的操作性较强的中国对俄边境口岸体系模式。对于促进中俄边境地区地缘经济联系和经济发展，对推进中国东北对俄边境口岸体系的发展有一定的意义。
