随着信息技术的飞速发展、互联网的普及、中国网民的持续增多，网络日益成为公民表达政治意愿和政治诉求的一种方式。同时，我国突发事件的数量逐年增多，影响逐步扩大。突发事件的网络舆论危机己成为公共危机中的一个重要方面，更成为影响政府治理能力和社会安定和谐的重要因素。
本文运用行政学、公共管理学以及管理学中的危机管理理论等学科的基本原理，通过文献资料整理分析法、比较分析法等方法方式，从多视角、多方位对论题进行全方位研究、论证和阐释。第一部分阐述了突发事件网络舆论危机管理的相关理论；第二部分分析了我国政府当前面临的突发事件网络舆论环境，阐释了政府在应对突发事件网络舆论危机时存在的问题及原因；第三部分论述了政府应对突发事件网络舆论危机管理的四个原则和六项应对机制；第四部分为全文的结语及展望。
笔者希望本文能为我国政府在应对网络舆论危机的思路和策略上提供一些参考价值和借鉴意义。
