When United Nations (UN) negotiated for armistice several times, Joseph Kony also pretended to stop the fight to reorganize his army. He is a smart and deceitful guerrilla leader.

Why did UN interfere with this? It was because Joseph Kony enhanced his army force in Uganda. He kidnapped children everywhere to become his “boy scout”. He gave each kid a gun or a knife and taught them how to kill people. He brainwashed them that some kids even killed their parents.
