本文以上海欢乐谷为例,运用文献研究法对主题公园与体验营销的相关文献进行归纳整理,总结并提出适用于主题公园的体验营销八大策略。通过案例实证研究法,导入迪士尼乐园的成功案例,并从主题公园体验营销八大策略的角度对其进行具体分析。在实地走访调查的基础上,听取受访者意见,结合笔者自己的观点分析上海欢乐谷体验营销的现状与不足。针对欢乐谷体验营销的不足之处,运用比较研究法,借鉴迪士尼乐园的先进经验,对上海欢乐谷体验营销策略的改进提出具体对策与建议。希望这些对策与建议能为上海欢乐谷及其他主题公园经营者提供参考。
