我今年20岁，来自湖北武汉。性格活泼开朗，爱笑，兴趣广泛。现在就读于湖北师范学院，是一名大三的学生，专业是思想政治教育。这三年的时间里，在保证了专业学习的同时，我积极地参加了各项学生会和社团活动，同时担任了校公关协会会长。我校公关协会主要负责承接市各项大小型会议的礼仪任务，并且定期举行模特大赛，这个经历不仅培养了我自身的气质，也让我习得了与人接触的礼仪以及作为一个接待员所需注意的细节，与此同时，我发现我热爱这项事业并且对此充满激情。我认为乘务员是一个窗口行业，我们需要提供给客人的是专业周到的服务以及为客人提供一个开心舒适的旅程。我愿意忠诚于国航，并且真诚待人，我也愿意努力去学习，提升自己的专业能力，做出好的业绩。希望各位领导能够给我这个机会，圆我梦想。

I am twenty and come from Wu Han, Hu Bei province.I am outward, cheerful and has a wide hobbile of everything.Now, I am a Junior student and studing in Hu Bei Normal college. My major is Mental and Politics Education.During the past three years. I has worked not only as a good student, but had took park in many groups and societies. More over, I had been designated as the chief of related socitey. The Public Relationship socitey of our school shoulder the tasks of the ritual service to the meetings held in the city,I am one of the team. This helped me to build up my temperament, additionally, It helped me with the details of the manners as a receptionist. I found myself have great passion on this kind of job and I think as a stewerdess need the same quality to provide a specialized service to the clients. I would like to give all my honesty to Air China and I would like to learn from everyone and enhance the working ability.
