选A吧。。。 空之前说了special problem ，physics和生物学的不同被作为生物学一个性质(空格)的证据，逗号之后说了不同也是为了说明物理方法不适用于生物学。那么逻辑收敛，不同为了证明不同。所以空格应该表示生物学的不同，那么看选项只有autonomy能表示不同。至于ED选项你多推了一步，空格是修饰biology，不是说biology和其他学科的关系！
