How to be mentally healthy
When talking about health, most of us will think about physical fitness. In fact, that is only part of the meaning of heath. The rest part that can’t be ignored is called mental heath.
Undoubtedly, mental health is something important about our inner side, which plays key role to our feelings. As senior high students, the most probable factors that may lead us to ill mental health are the pressures from our studies
Faced with the college entrance examination, we meet all kinds of pressures now and then. Adjusting ourselves tops the first. Many ways can be chosen to lessen pressures. When you are crazy about the endless homework, what about leaving it for a while and relax yourselves by doing some sports and listening to some music? And never lose heart when you are knocked down by low marks, you can talk to your teachers and ask for some useful solutions. And you can learn to ignore the result temporarily and aim at the process, you can easily be happier.
So, being mentally healthy is not hard, to communicate more with others and often share your smile to others.
