目的：探讨闭攀式间置空肠在肝门胆管癌中的应用价值。方法：总结近2年我科在肝门胆管癌根治术中利用闭攀式间置空肠恢复胆道连续性的12例病人。结果：1例病人出现胆漏，经引流后痊愈出院，1例闭攀开放，出现逆行感染，再次手术封闭闭攀后痊愈。余10例病人恢复好，无逆行感染发生。结论：闭攀式间置空肠恢复胆道的连续性能较好的预防逆行感染，在肝门胆管癌根治术中有较好的应用价值。
