摘 要

当前的饭店业发展中,人员流动率高是酒店业面临的主要问题之一。大多数的酒店都已意识到人才的竞争已经成为饭店竞争的热点。酒店行业的企业管理已经从单纯提高工作效率或者实现企业产品利润最大化的追求转向深层次的方面。如何提升酒店员工的满意度就是其中的一部分。对于任何一个企业来说,员工都是最宝贵的财富,尤其是服务行业中的以直接对客服务的酒店行业来说,员工对企业的满意度直接影响着员工的工作行为和绩效,对企业的生存和发展有着重要的影响。
在酒店行业中,员工是直接对客的提供服务者,是酒店最好的宣传和利润的直接创造者,如果员工对企业的各个方面的满意度高,他们就会积极努力地工作,为企业创造出更多的价值。如果员工对企业的满意度低,就会失去积极工作的动力,降低其工作效率和工作质量,甚至导致员工的离职。所以企业在管理中必须提高员工的满意度,激发员工工作的积极性,主动性和创造性,使员工能够在工作中保持最佳的状态,充分发挥他们的聪明才智,从而使企业在激烈的市场竞争中长久地立于不败之地。
本文旨在了解酒店员工对于所在酒店的满意情况及现状,并且探讨不同学历,工作部门,工作年限等背景的员工对工作满意度是否存在差异。首先对相关员工满意度理论及国内外学者对员工满意度研究的现状进行综述,并且分析了目标酒店的相关产品的特点,利用服务价值链理论分析了酒店员工满意与酒店顾客满意与顾客满意及酒店利润之间的逻辑关系。结合国内外学者的研究成果和酒店产品的特点以及酒店人力资源政策对影响满意度的分析,提出了实现和提高满意度的具体途径。

First the related employee satisfaction theory and the domestic and foreign scholars on the staff degree of satisfaction research status were reviewed, and the analysis of target hotel related to product characteristics, using the theories of service value chain analysis of the hotel employee satisfaction and hotel customer satisfaction and customer satisfaction and profit of the logical relationship between hotel. The combination of domestic and foreign scholars research results and the characteristics of hotel products and hotel human resources policies on influence degree of satisfaction analysis, put forward to realize and improve satisfaction with the specific way.
