Stress is an emotional and physical response to pressure from the outside world and can be very dangerous, so we need to relieve it and avoid the negative consequences.
Relieving stress includes two parts, spirit relaxation and body relaxation. It’s very important to loosen your mind. There are five tips to help you come out of the bad emotion. First, think positively. Try to be optimistic, even though you can’t find any better evidence. Remember: don’t cry over spilled milk. Second, avoid people who are constantly complaining or miserable. Stress can be contagious, so avoid transmitters. Third, avoid toxic people. Spend less time with people who try to criticize or tell you that you are not good enough. Fourth, stop feeling guilty. Guilt is a potent source of stress. Get rid of the guilt by behavior yourself. Tell yourself: I’ve tried my best. Forget it. Fifth, learn to plan. Make a list of task for the day. Organize the list by the importance. This will improve the efficiency which means you will have more free time to relax. The last one, do whatever you like to do. You can read an interesting novel, listen to the music, or just take a bath. Get your mind off the things that annoy you.

We all know that the life is hard before,so people must work everyday to make life good,but with the development of society,many machines have been made which replace people,so many people have enough time to relax.At present,how to use their time to relax has been a problem that people often argue.
How to relax?Different people have different oppinion ,some people choose dangerous sports,bacause they feel that the dangerous sports can relax their spirit throughly ,but others like ordinary activities, like hiking climbing mountains .
As far as I am concerned ,different people have different comments ,but I am fond of climbing mouantains and hiking.
