摘要：劳动关系是社会经济生活中最基本、最重要的社会关系，它关系着整个社会关系的和谐与稳定。2008年《劳动合同法》等一系列法律出台后，珠三角地区的劳动关系逐渐得到改善。但是，仍然存在诸如不签订劳动合同、不缴纳社会保险、不依法提供劳动防护用品等劳动关系问题。本文通过查阅大量珠三角地区民营企业劳动关系现状的数据，了解到珠三角民营企业存在劳动争议案件时有发生、劳资关系双方力量对比悬殊、代表劳方利益的组织缺失、劳动争议处理程序效率低等劳动关系问题。剖析了这些问题的成因主要是劳动关系领域法律制度不完善、民营企业管理制度不规范、工会组织制度不健全。针对珠三角地区民营企业现阶段存在的劳动关系问题，本文一方面借鉴了德国调整劳动关系问题的成功经验，强调发挥政府的作用、建立员工参与制度、实行集体谈判；另一方面，根据珠三角地区的实际情况，提出了从政府、企业、工会三方面采取措施改善民营企业劳动关系的对策。
