借款人在此授权贷款人在任何时候可以在法律允许的最大范围内随时将该借款人所欠的任何到期应付而未付的债务与其存款及其他对贷款人的债权进行抵销。贷款人进行抵销时，不受借款人的存款及其他对贷款人的债权期限的限制。
借款人授权贷款人不必事先通知借款人，即可对本合同项下到期应付而未付的任何款项与借款人开设在贷款人的任何账户中的余额以任何币种进行抵扣，且该授权不可撤消。贷款人同意在每次抵销和抵扣后立即通知借款人，但未发通知并不影响该抵销和抵扣的效力。但是，借款人在本合同及其相关合同项下应支付的所有款项在计算和支付时不得附带任何抵销或反索赔（也没有为此目的的任何扣除）。

The Borrower hereby authorizes the Lender to offset any outstanding debts against his deposits and other claims at all times to the maximum extent permitted by law. The offset is restricted by neither the period for the Borrower’s deposits nor the period for the Lender’s claims.
The Borrower hereby irrevocably authorizes the Lender to offset any outstanding debts against the Borrower’s deposits in any currency by deducting the balance amount of the Borrower’s saving accounts in the Lender’s bank. The Lender hereby agrees to notify the Borrower of each offset and deduction without any delay. But failing to sending out a notification does not impact the effectiveness of offset and deduction. However, all the payments to be paid by the Borrower under this contract and relevant contracts cannot be offset or claimed. (not be deducted for this purpose).
