The major differences between Chinese culture and Western culture are: 1. Transportation, while westerners going for environmental bicycles, Chinese are more and more prefer to drive and show off their wealth. 2. Skin beauty, in China light skin is beautiful and brown skin is avoided like the plague. Chinese women use skin whitening beauty products and avoid the sun while western women use tanning products and embrace the sun. 3. Queuing, Chinese think queuing is for the weak and pushing and shoving are the norm. This sounds very harsh but you can easily see that is a reality. 4. Noise, Chinese people love to talk loudly and constantly while they eat their meals in a Chinese restaurant. They are very noisy and boisterous affairs. Restaurants should be noisy and the noisier it is, the better it is. But westerners prefer whisper and talk softly.

The Western culture, which interests me most is honesty. Westerners are much more open than Chinese. They are likely to tell you more about themselves, while Chinese prefer not to do so or deliberately say something the opposite.

If I have a chance to visit the West, my first choice would be England. The reason is that the British empire had ruled almost half of the world for centuries. They didn't just build up their wealth during that period of time but they also used their wealth to build a lot of great things and wonderful buildings too. I would very much like to see those famous monuments for myself one day.
