以前很小的时候，不懂得去品茶，把茶当水喝。那时候感觉茶和水没什么区别，就觉得茶

比水香，和水的颜色不一样。大概是在我13岁的时候，一次我爸带我去宜都玩，在那里

买吃的，去江边玩。玩的有点累，刚好在旁边看到了一个茶楼，然后就和爸爸进去了，当

时点的茶名字忘记了，不过泡出来的颜色是红色的。茶泡好了，我就在那里喝，我爸是一

小口一小口的喝，我就直接像喝水一样的仰头喝。当时周围还有几桌的人在喝茶，就我一

个是那么喝的，我爸看不下去了就说要教我怎么喝茶。我就想，喝茶，还有那么多规矩啊，

不跟水一样吗？之后我就看见，我爸一只手放在杯子的下面，一只手握住杯壁，慢慢的抬

起手，把茶举到自己身前，在慢慢的喝了起来。我照着他的样子做，喝到嘴里，我感觉还

是那个味道，甜的···不过我爸看我的眼神就比之前好多了。现在回想起那时候，感觉

还挺好玩的。喝茶还是重在“品”字上，休息的时候，和朋友家人一起去喝茶，看美景，

挺享受的。

After a while, we felt tired and thirsty and saw a teahouse nearby, so we entered to drink some tea. I don't quite remember the name of tea we ordered, but these cups of tea are red. After the cups of tea are ready to serve and drink, I drink it in one time and my dad drink it sip by sip. No one in the teahouse drink tea like I do, so dad decided to teach me how to drink tea properly. I couldn't agree my dad to drink tea in some certain rules because tea and water are the same on my view. And then, dad placed one of his hand under the tea cup, while another hand held the cup by side, he lifted the cup and drink it slowly. I copied what he did exactly, the tea tasted sweet as before but my dad felt happier because of my tea drinking. I recalled it as a happy moment from now. Tea drinking shall focus on the action of taste. It is very joyful to enjoy tea drinking and beautiful scense with friends and families during relaxation.
