贵公司近日发送的要求降价信函已收到。由于现今人工费用高，原材料费居高不下，直接导致生产成本费用增加。本着互利互惠与诚信的经营原则，我司并未上调产品价格，已是薄利销售，但是考虑到我们双方一直保持着长期愉快与友好的合作关系，我司愿意把付款期限延长至90天。另外希望贵司能提供未来半年或一年的预测给我们评估贵司的降价要求。

We have received your price adjustment request. Since you know, nowdays, the labour and material cost keep rising, which results in the high production cost. We do not rise up the price considering the long term cooperation and mutul benefit. Frankly speaking, our profit is very low now.
While, in order to keep the cooperation, we agree to extend the payment to 90 days.
Besides, would you please kindly provide the order forcast for the next half year or one year for our reference to consider your price request?
