求翻译！！！急，Bread is moat common food here but I don't really like it (but still eat it mostly on a daily basis)

But things as ice-cream and desserts I eat rarely (either through impulsive hunger for what I see or depressive phases - I know it's not a good way to treat sadness but sometimes it does help)

It feels good to hear that I can brighten the day of someone so far away

And for myself I feel kinda similar, it's interesting and always a welcome alternation to the gray 'every-day-circle'
I really hate nothing more than to be caged in the every day madness society is made of...

面包在这里是最常吃的食物，尽管我不喜欢但平时还是吃它吃的最多

但是像冰激凌和甜食之类的我很少吃，（不过在我特别想吃或者情绪不是很好的时候会吃，我知道这不是一个很好的方法去面对悲伤，但是有时候也管用）
可以照亮（使人开心）远方某人的一天我感觉很不错~
对于我自己来说有点相似，当心情每天灰色循环（心情不愉快）的时候，突然有一个期待（令人高兴）的选择，我觉得很有趣~
没有人什么比每天被关在这个由（什么组成，made of 后面没说）的疯狂的社会里更令我讨厌的事情了~~
