论中国企业海外并购的成功与教训
摘要：自进入21世纪以来，伴着中国加入WTO以及改革开放的顺利进行，中国企业市场化改革的不断推进和深化，掀起了中国企业走出国门、融入世界的浪潮。在这一期间，每一家走出国门的中国企业都有着不一样的经历，有传统产业也有新兴产业、有老牌国企也有新兴民营、有成功也有失败，有利也有弊……特别是在2008年金融风暴之后，欧美一些老牌企业遭受了重大的打击，致使他们处于破产的边缘。2010年，在全球经济回暖、国内“转变经济发展方式、调整经济结构”以及政策鼓励企业海外并购等因素共同作用下，中国企业开始了新一轮的海外并购的高峰。海外并购的路程是艰辛的，本文主要以吉利集团的并购案例和最近几年的跨国并购为分析对象，就我国目前企业在海外并购中存在的问题、以及这些问题该如何避免作简要分析和研究。
