前提： 本公司是一物流公司，有一客户通过我司出口货物到LA。运费的付款方式是：从LA汇款至我司香港帐户。一直以来，我相安无事，从LA汇款后，几天后我们就会收到款但是最近一次不知道怎么搞的，已经汇了两个星期还没收到，后来看了一下客户的汇款单，发现在有两个地方写错了（ADDRESS，SWIFT CODE).所以现在求助各位，帮忙写一封信，我要表达的意思是，叫客户查一下帐户，因为汇了这么久都没收到，钱有可能退回头的。如果退回了，想叫客户重新汇，没的话，叫客户查一下，看看发生什么事。然后回复我们拜托！！
