本文通过薪酬调查,了解外部薪酬水平,增强企业市场竞争力;通过计件工资、岗位绩效工资、奖金等薪酬构成的设计,使员工的薪资与公司效益和个人业绩挂钩,提高员工的工作积极性。

The merits of the Salary System is directly related to the level of company performance under
the market economy condition.If an enterprises want to keep talent people, it should provide
employees competitive salaries and it should make the pay system designed to establish a
internal relatively fair and external competitive salary system.In a setting of the actual situation of Luliang and Run Energy Limited company, The paper offers recommendations for improvement of the corporate salary system to attract talents, retain talents,improve human resource management through the analysis of the company's existing pay system problems related to the use of the theory of human resource management in salary design.
