准备材料:龙利鱼 1条、葱 10克、姜 10克、香菜 10克、油 2勺、盐 适量、蒜 2个、红烧汁 1勺、啤酒 适量、酱油 适量
一、第一步用刀将葱姜蒜切好,放旁边备用,如下图所示。

二、然后将舌头鱼清洗干净去鳞,切成两半,如下图所示。

三、接着将香菜用清水洗净切碎,放旁边备用,如下图所示。

四、锅里放入油,点火加热,加入葱姜蒜炒香,如下图所示。

五、然后改成小火,往锅中加入鱼两面都煎一下,如下图所示。

六、然后加入啤酒,啤酒的量至少要没过鱼身,如下图所示。

七、接着加入酱油和盐,大火炖煮20分钟至汤汁收干,如下图所示。

八、汤汁收干后关火出锅,撒上香菜碎,这样红烧舌头鱼就做好了。
