Every work and rest time normal, meals to have the law, eat breakfast, satiate midday, eat dinner less, right amount motion, including aerobic and anaerobic exercise, equipment, exercise, yoga, swimming, jogging bicycle, eat more vegetables and less meat and heat high food.

It is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy.You'd better eat enough vegatables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too.
