Health is one of the most important things in our life. Emerson said, first wealth is health. To be health, we should do enough exercises every day.Such as running,swimming, play badminton and so on. Then we should eat enough vegetables and drink at least eight glasses of water every day. To have a good mood is also very important to our health. So, when you feel lonely, try to talk with your good friends or have a walk in a beautiful place. It can make you happy. In short, try your best to have a good habits and find the nice things in your life!

Every work and rest time normal, meals to have the law, eat breakfast, satiate midday, eat dinner less, right amount motion, including aerobic and anaerobic exercise, equipment, exercise, yoga, swimming, jogging bicycle, eat more vegetables and less meat and heat high food.

It is necessary to keep a balanced diet if you want to keep healthy.You'd better eat enough vegatables which contain rich vitamin, proper meat is needed,too. Avoid fried or toasted food.It is important to do regular exercises, such as running or playing badminton. Keeping high mood is good for mentally health.
