这周刚收到入职后的第一份工资，这里有些疑问想咨询下。记得在做offer之前和您通过电话。大致是向我说了下offer的情况，包括了很多数字，其中有2个数字记得比较清楚，分别是XXXX和XXXXX。因为感觉这两个数字应该是税前税后的差别，自己也比较留意税后薪资，怕听错，当即确认了下XXXXX是到手薪资然后就放心了。（可能当时我们某一方存在误会听错了）
之后收到offer letter上面写着base salary is XXXXX.觉得也有点奇怪，怎么offer上写的是税后工资（自己想已经电话确认过，也就没把这放心上）.上一份工作工资是税前XXXXX，面试时期望薪水是XXXXX。面试当天下午就有位人事打我电话和我说了下XXXXX这个数字报上去有点偏高，最后和她商讨了下就报了个XXXXX这个数字，之后的流程都是直接和您联系了。
税前税后的数字还是差了蛮多，当时自己跳槽部分原因也是以税后XXXXX这个数字来做衡量的。所以特向你询问一下一些情况，给您带来不便深表歉意。
1）这个XXXX如果不是税前薪资，这个数字是指什么，不知你这边是否有记录可查?
2）若是我这边存在误会，这薪资是否可以调整?
3）若是XXX在制作offer时弄错了，可以补吗?

I have recieved my first share of salary, and I have some doubt for that. I am thinking of the time I made a phone call to you before making offer, and you told me something containing many numbers of which I could still remember two. xxxx and yyyy repectively. I thought the difference between them is pre-tax and post-tax. But I am self-concious about the latter. In order to be sure, at that moment I made confirmation about that and I was reassured.

But when I recieved offer-letter that said base salary is XXXXX. I become confused that it's post-taxx salary.(because I had confirmed that on the phone) Last salary was xxxx before tax. Salary of expectation in the interview was XXXXX. And that day someone in human resource center called me and told me that xxxxx is too high , so after the discussion I made XXXXXX . Following process are going on with you.

Pre-tax are far from post tax. So I think part of the reason of my job hopping is the figure of post tax. I wanna ask you about that. I appologize for the inconvinence.

IF XXXX was not pre-tax figure, how was the figure calculated. I wonder if you can give me the record for that.

If I literally misunderstood something, is it possible for the salary to adjust?

If XXX was made mistakes with, is it possible for any compensation ?

Just came this week received after the appointment of the first salary, here are some questions to the consultation. Remember doing offer before and you through the phone. Roughly is said to me the offer, including a lot of Numbers, there are two digital remember clearer, respectively is XXXX and XXXXX. Because of a feeling that the two number should be the difference of tax records-the, oneself also is pay attention to salary after tax, afraid to listen to wrong, immediately confirm the XXXXX is hand salary then relieved. (may we were a party exists misunderstanding to listen to the wrong)
Offer letter received after the top write base salary is XXXXX. Felt a little strange, how to offer top write of is the after-tax wages (you want to have telephone confirmation, they also didn't put the rest assured). A job is salary pre-tax XXXXX, interview expected salary is XXXXX. Interview when ?
