2 define the golden rule and calculate the golden rule capital stock per worker and the golden rule saving rate

1、已知人均产出y=k^0.5，折旧率δ=8%，人口增长率n=2%，储蓄率s=0.4
稳态条件为sy=(δ+n)k
代入已知，可解得人均资本k=16，人均产出=4，人均消费=（1-0.4）×4=2.4
2、黄金律是能够实现消费最大的稳态资本量。
黄金律条件为y'=(δ+n)，即0.5k^-0.5=0.08+0.02，解得k=25
再代入稳态条件，可得s=0.5

楼主看索洛(Solow)模型吧，照着书上的写，不难的。可以参考Romer的Advanced Macroeconomics，中文的可以参考何樟勇、宋铮《高级宏观经济学》，里面就有个例子，y=k^alpha，这里只要令alpha=0.5就行了。
