“我之前预订了学校的宿舍，并缴纳$800押金（4 session），但是现在在学校周边已经找到了住处，特此申请取消预订，并且我已经了解学校退宿规定---未在开学28天提出书面退宿申请，需扣除本期$200押金，其余押金抵扣对应学期学费，谢谢。”

I applied for the university accommodation beforehand and paid $800 deposit (for 4 sessions), but now I have found another accommodation outside campus, so I want to decline the university accommodation offer. I am aware of the policy about declining university accommodation offer--if no written application is handed in within 28 days after the academic semester has started, there would be a charge of $200 from the deposit, and the remaining deposit will be deducted to pay the tuition fee of the corresponding semester. Thank you.

I, hereby, request to cancel my housing reservation. As stated in the student housing policies, I understand that the deposit of $200 will be retained when a cancellation request is made 28 days prior to the start of school. Please apply the remainder of my deposit ($600) towards my tuition account. Thank you for your cooperation. I'll appreciate it.

session), but now in school peripheral have found the dwelling, hereby apply for
cancel the reservation, and I have read the school check out regulations - not
in the school put out 28 days written application, to deduct this $200 deposit,
deposit the buckle corresponding semester tuition, thank you.
