摘要:采用溶胶凝胶技术及化学浸泡的方法,制备了稀土转化膜,硅烷转化膜,硅烷-稀土转化膜,稀土-硅烷转化膜,稀土掺杂硅烷转化膜5种转化膜。利用交流阻抗,极化曲线,接触角,SEM-EDS等分析手段,研究了5种转化膜对Q235碳钢的防腐蚀能力,结果表明稀土-硅烷转化膜具有更好的耐腐蚀性能。
