As I know, the routin quality control process of your company is that the QC technicians from Operation department test all the products first, then the QAs from QC department run sampling tests randomly. While the real situation is worse than I expected after checking the quality of latest batches of products, a lot of problems has been found. We are sure that there is something wrong with the routin quality control process. Please arrange the QA people to run QC tests for all the products, not only sampling tests. On the other hand, please inform me before you start the production of next batch product, I want to have an in-line inspection. Please confirm and reply. Tks a lot.
