上星期给客人打了定金，然后今天收到客人回馈的确认函，还附带以下内容，接触外贸不久有些术语不是太懂，求各位老师高手帮忙翻译，谢谢~~~

Geneva value date 05.11.2012 representing the payment of—DP—due in the frame of the above-mentioned supply．

We also confirm having instructed S.A.C to execute payment of the corresponding amount to the manufacturer．

As per agreement，the manufacturer is and will remain
responsible towards your company／the end user for the
timely and correct fulfilment of his supply obligations，including(but not limited to) delivery／quality／quantity／performance of the
goods．Therefore， any controversy between your company／the
end user and the manufacturer in connection with the goods will be settled
between your company／the end user and the manufacturerwithout any responsibility of our company and/or of S.A.C
