英语翻译（中译英)急求。。。。

宿舍没有闭门时间限制，但是每周周一至周五晚上11:30会有点名，如果没有参与点名，会被扣除宿舍分数，达到一定分数，下学期便不能继续申请宿舍。不过每个月可以申请10次外宿，提交申请后，当晚不参与点名也不会扣分。具体的宿舍管理制度，我们语学院不太清楚，如果需要更详细的细节，我可以帮您询问。
