there are some arrangements for dance and enjoying cake that is made by myself.这样翻译有没有问题？

这样翻译会产生歧义，that is made by myself，既可以用来修饰“cake”，也可以用来修饰"arrangements"，导致不清楚是“蛋糕是我自己做的”还是“安排是我自己制定的”。

为避免这个问题，可以这样说：
There are some arrangements of dancing and enjoying my self-made cake.
self-made直接可以表示“自制的”
另外我把介词改了，the arrangements of 表示具体为.....的安排

但是要表现出我安排的活动，最好把改成The activity I arrange includes dancing and enjoying cakes that is made by myself.(仅供参考）
