when是先翻译从句还是主句

1、I'll give her the message.She comes.
2、I'll telephone you.l get the information.
3、He will make a trip to London.He gets enough money.

其实根本没有区别，找个最容易理解的吧
if 也是从句，当它作为开头时格式为 If……，……
当在后面时就是……if……。不加“，”
既然有这个规定，那么肯定都可以先翻译从句或主句。
（一定要用when引导吗）
