In my opinion,the phenomenon exists for a number of reasons .Frist some studets agrue that some class is no effect for their graduation.Second some prefer sleeping rather than going to listen class in the cold day.Third another addicted to playing vedio games ,may be this is the primary renason
Then how to get a good command of reducing this phenomenon .I am convinced that a strict teacher produces outstanding students. SO college must formulate strict rules .Only strict rules
can not enable one to skip class .And it is also through strict rule that one can become excellent
student.
