2.5 机票一旦售出后，甲方需要退票，甲方需将乙方给予的返点费用退回乙方。返点参照本协议2.4款。

第三条 乙方的权利及义务
3.1 乙方具备合法的票务代理资格，向甲方提供的客票真实有效。

4.2 退票：对于已经填开、购买完毕的客票，如甲方由于自身原因需要退票的，乙方应协助办理相关的手续；
4.3 乙方为甲方办理客票变更或退票不收取任何服务费；因航空部门的相关规定所产生的必要费用由甲方承担。

第五条 结算方式
5.1 结款方式：所有票款采取半月结算方式，乙方于每月1日和15日，为甲方提供对帐单，甲方确认后以及在乙方开具发票后应在第二次结账日前以支票或汇款方式结算。

第六条 附则
6.1 甲乙双方如遇争端，双方应友好协商解决，如协商不能解决，可向北京仲裁委员会申请仲裁。
6.2 本协议壹式贰份，甲乙双方各执壹份，具有同等效力。
