as....as不是和什么什么一样么？？
还有就是
as引导非限制性定语从句，指代整个主句内容，从句可置于句首，句中或句尾
这是不是意味着用法和which一样？？

as.. as表示比较，这里固定用法后面一个as引导定语从句修饰man，as引导非限制性定语从句的位置比which灵活，可以放在句首，如As is known to all，这种情况不能用which 来换。
这样后面两句也就解释了为什么这样用。
